SECTION 91.110. Protest Procedures for Applications

A protestant to an application for authorization to be granted by the commissioner must file a written notice of protest, in such form as the commissioner may prescribe, within 30 days of the date that notice of the application is published in either the
Texas Register or the department newsletter, whichever is later. The notice of protest must provide all information that the protestant wishes the commissioner to consider in evaluating the application.Source Note: The provisions of this §91.110 adopted to be effective May 11, 2000, 25 TexReg 3944
