SECTION 85.703. Savings Clause

If any portion or provision of this subchapter is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, such illegality, invalidity, or lack of enforceability will not affect or impair the legality, validity, and enforceability of the remainder of this subchapter, all of which will remain in full force and effect.
