SECTION 85.415. Proper Identification Tags Required

Each item of forfeited property located in a pawnshop must be tagged or otherwise marked to identify the pawn transaction that resulted in the item being taken into inventory. This section only applies to forfeited property with a retail value that equals or exceeds $25.
