The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
(1) Foreign bank branch or Texas branch--A Texas state branch proposed to be established or established and maintained by a foreign bank pursuant to the Finance Code, Chapter 204. (2) Foreign bank agency or Texas agency--A Texas state agency proposed to be established or established and maintained by a foreign bank pursuant to the Finance Code, Chapter 204. (3) Foreign bank representative office or Texas representative office--A Texas representative office proposed to be established or established and maintained by a foreign bank pursuant to the Finance Code, Chapter 204.
