SECTION 2.14. License Sanctions

If the holder of a consolidated license violates a rule or statute authorizing any of the component licenses encompassed by the licensee's consolidated license, the department may seek license sanctions on the consolidated license as prescribed by the Texas Agriculture Code, §12.0201.
