SECTION 26.107. Congregate Meals

(a) Any person has a right to request and to receive a congregate meal containing USDA Foods. (b) There are no residency requirements for receipt of congregate meals, and CEs and sub-agencies shall not impose residency requirements. (c) CEs and sub-agencies shall not request proof of ID from participants for congregate meals. (d) There are no eligibility requirements for receipt of congregate meals, and CEs and sub-agencies shall not impose eligibility requirements. (e) There are no citizenship requirements. CEs and sub-agencies shall not require any applicant or participant to prove citizenship through any means whatsoever.
