SECTION 26.103. Agreements

If a CE fails to comply with the terms or conditions of its USDA Foods Agreement Between Contracting Entity and Texas Department of Agriculture, TDA may:
(1) Immediately terminate or suspend the agreement; and/or (2) Modify the terms of any agreement to ensure the availability of USDA Foods to eligible groups in all areas (including areas where poor economic conditions exist), and in a manner equitable to CEs.
