SECTION 24.36. License Revocation

The Department shall immediately revoke a license if a person:
(1) pleads guilty to, or is convicted of, any felony related to a controlled substance under Texas law, federal law or the law of any other state; (2) made a false statement or provided false information or documentation to the Department or its representatives, with a culpable mental state greater than negligence; or (3) is found to be growing cannabis exceeding the acceptable hemp THC level with a culpable mental state greater than negligence, or negligently violated this chapter three (3) times in five (5) years.
