SECTION 19.7. Violations and Penalties

(a) In addition to the penalties set out in Texas Agricultural Code, the following violations are subject to civil and criminal penalties: (1) using an invalid certificate; and (2) falsifying an application. (b) The department may revoke a certificate for a violation of these rules in addition to any other remedy available to the department. (c) Failure failing to perform according to the terms of a compliance agreement is a violation of this subchapter and may result in the recission of the compliance agreement and the assessment of administrative penalties by the department.
