(a) The quarantined pest is a quarantined article. (b) All sweet potato roots or tubers, plants, vines, or parts thereof; any vines or roots of other plants belonging to the genus Ipomoea; and any containers or bins used in the transportation of sweet potatoes originating from a quarantined area are quarantined.
