SECTION 18.681. Appeals

Latest version.

An applicant for certification may appeal the department's notice of denial of certification, and a certified operation may appeal the department's notification of proposed suspension or revocation of certification to the Administrator, pursuant to 7 Code of Federal Regulations, §205.681.
