SECTION 12.71. Application Procedure

Latest version.

To obtain a certificate of authority, the applicant shall submit to the department:
(1) an application on a form prescribed by the department;
(2) a bond as required by this subchapter; and
(3) a fee as required by this subchapter with the application.
