SECTION 30.220. Compliance with Flood Hazard Evaluation Guidelines

When administering any proposed project involving construction or land-use planning where state funds are involved, the department shall comply with all flood hazard evaluation guidelines for state agencies published by the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission.
