SECTION 25.420. Purpose

The sections under this subchapter prescribe the policies and procedures for the implementation of the city pride sign program which will allow municipalities to erect and display signs concerning points of interest, or geographical, recreational, cultural, or civic information, at the city limits on state highway right of way.
