SECTION 21.8. Minerals

Latest version.

In acquiring right-of-way for highway projects, as a general proposition, all minerals will be acquired with the exception of oil, gas, and sulphur. Surface rights to oil, gas, and sulphur will be acquired if there is a whole taking of the surface estate of the owner of these minerals.
