SECTION 215.49. Service of Pleading, Petitions, Briefs, and Other Documents

Latest version.

(a) A copy of each document filed in any contested case shall be served upon all parties or their authorized representatives and upon the department by sending a copy properly addressed to each party by:
(1) first-class mail;
(2) hand delivery;
(3) facsimile; or
(4) email.
(b) A copy of each document may be served upon the department by electronic document transfer at a destination designated by the department.
(c) A certificate of service shall accompany each document.
