SECTION 215.40. Continuance of Hearing

After a contested case has been called on the date assigned for hearing pursuant to notice, a continuance of the contested case hearing will be granted only upon a showing of good cause. A motion for continuance of a contested case hearing shall be filed and served on all parties at least five days before the hearing date, except when good cause is shown to consider a motion for continuance filed after the deadline.
