SECTION 215.315. Statutory Stay

(a) A person affected by a statutory stay imposed by Occupations Code, Chapter 2301 may request a hearing before an ALJ to modify, vacate, or clarify the extent and application of the statutory stay. (b) After a hearing on a motion to modify, vacate, or clarify a statutory stay, the ALJ shall expeditiously prepare a written order, including a justification explaining why the statutory stay should or should not be modified, vacated, or clarified. (c) A person affected by a statutory stay imposed by Occupations Code, Chapter 2301 may initiate a proceeding before the board to modify, vacate, or clarify the extent and application of the statutory stay.
