SECTION 215.180. Required Notices to Lessees

Vehicle lessors and vehicle lease facilitators shall provide notice of the complaint procedures provided by Occupations Code, §§2301.204 and 2301.601 - 2301.613 to each lessee of a new motor vehicle with whom they enter into a vehicle lease.
