SECTION 206.72. Motions for Rehearing

(a) A party may file a motion for rehearing no more than 20 days after service of the final order. A reply to a motion for rehearing must be filed no more than 15 days after the filing of the motion. (b) A request for an extension of time in which to file a motion for rehearing will not be granted. (c) A motion for rehearing must conform to the standards for exceptions and replies set forth in §206.71 of this subchapter (relating to Form of Exceptions and Replies).
