SECTION 809.45. Choices Child Care

(a) A parent is eligible for Choices child care if the parent is participating in the Choices program as stipulated in Chapter 811 of this title. (b) For a parent receiving Choices child care who ceases participation in the Choices program during the 12-month eligibility period, Boards must ensure that Choices child care continues: (1) for the three-month period pursuant to §809.51(b); and (2) for the remainder of the eligibility period, if the parent resumes participation in Choices or begins participation in work or attendance in a job training or education program during the three-month period described in §809.51(c).
