SECTION 735.105. Who is responsible for complying with the rules of this subchapter?

An adoption evaluator who is court-ordered to conduct an adoption evaluation must comply with these rules unless:
(1) The court orders otherwise; (2) The adoption evaluator is an employee of a licensed child-placing agency or the department or a contractor for the department; or (3) Services are being provided in accordance with the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children adopted under Chapter 162, Texas Family Code.
