SECTION 730.305. Copies of Hearing Tapes

Latest version.

Copies of tape recordings of public hearings held on proposed rules are provided in compliance with §734.1 of this title (relating to Compliance with Public Information Act) at a cost of $2.00 per tape. Requests must be directed to Policy and Document Support--MC E-503, Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services, 701 West 51st Street, P.O. Box 149030, Austin, Texas 78714-9030.
