SECTION 730.1706. Administrative Law Judge

  • An administrative law judge hears the case, makes appropriate findings of fact and conclusions of law, and makes the final decision in each case. An attorney who has directly or indirectly participated in, or given advice on issues that are the basis for, a particular hearing may not be the administrative law judge in that hearing.
