SECTION 730.1314. Recovery of Benefits in 10-day Appeals

The hearing officer may sustain the worker's decision to deny or reduce benefits in 10-day appeals. PRS recovers the amount of assistance or benefits received by or on behalf of an appellant during the appeal period that exceeds the amount due the appellant.
