SECTION 707.781. What is the purpose of this division?

The purpose of this division is to further supplement and clarify the definitions in Texas Family Code §261.001 related to an investigation of abuse, neglect, and exploitation by a person responsible for a child's care, custody, or welfare in a child care operation.
