SECTION 700.820. What are the Title IV-E eligibility requirements for reimbursement of nonrecurring expenses?

To be eligible for reimbursement of nonrecurring expenses, your child must be a child with special needs and you must sign an adoption assistance agreement with us before the child's adoption is finalized. In addition, benefits are only available to those who meet:
(1) the federal law requirements of U.S. citizenship or other immigration status described in §700.824 of this title (relating to What if the child is not a U.S. citizen?); and (2) Title IV-E requirements regarding criminal background checks.
