SECTION 601.40. Definitions

The following words and terms, when used in these rules, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
(1) Board--The State Pension Review Board.
(2) Executive director--The executive head of the board employed to perform its administrative duties.
(3) Member--A member of the board.
