SECTION 5.409. Documenting and Reporting Behavior Therapy Programs That Use Highly Restrictive Procedures

Each state MR facility must prepare and submit to the State Mental Retardation Facilities division in Central Office a report for each fiscal year quarter detailing the implementation of behavior therapy programs that utilize highly restrictive procedures, to include:
(1) the number of individuals 18 years of age or older for whom approved behavior therapy programs were in place during each month of the fiscal year quarter; (2) the number of individuals under 18 years of age for whom approved behavior therapy programs were in place during each month of the fiscal year quarter; and (3) a description of highly restrictive procedures utilized in those programs.
