This subchapter is distributed to:
(1) all members of the Texas Mental Health and Mental Retardation Board;
(2) executive, management, and program staff of Central Office;
(3) CEOs and medical directors of all facilities and LAs;
(4) advocacy organizations; and
(5) any person on request.
