SECTION 41.801. Oversight

DADS oversees roles and responsibilities of the following:
(1) an individual or LAR who elects to be the employer for services delivered through the CDS option;
(2) a DR;
(3) a CDSA;
(4) a support advisor;
(5) a service provider;
(6) a case manager; and
(7) a service coordinator.
