SECTION 2.101. Purpose

The purpose of this subchapter is to comply with Texas Health and Safety Code, §534.067, by establishing a uniform fee collection policy for an MRA that:
(1) is equitable;
(2) provides for collections; and
(3) maximizes contributions to local revenue.
