(a) General. This chapter governs the policies and procedures relating to the civil commitment of sexually violent predators in the State of Texas. (b) Construction. This chapter covers the Texas Civil Commitment Office’s (TCCO) requirements to develop and administer policies on the standards of care and case management, and the conditions of supervision and treatment for sexually violent predators. This chapter also describes the tiered program for the supervision and treatment of a committed person.
