SECTION 651.304. Processing of Complaints and Laboratory Self-disclosures

(a) Forms. The FSC shall approve forms for complaints and laboratory self-disclosures and make them available on the FSC website. (b) Process Generally. Complaints and self-disclosures are initially reviewed by the Commission's Complaint and Disclosure Screening Committee ("CDSC") approved for investigation by a majority of a quorum of Commissioners, investigated through an Investigative Panel, which may include outsourced investigative resources, and completed in the form of a report adopted by a majority of a quorum of Commissioners.
