SECTION 5.14. Processing and Analysis

Latest version.

(a) CLERIS. The department will process the information received under this subchapter by entering selected information from the reports into CLERIS, the "Criminal Law Enforcement Reporting and Information System" database.
(b) Analysis. The department will make reasonable efforts to analyze the information under this subchapter.
(c) General report. The department may provide a general statistical report of information or analysis under this subchapter.
