SECTION 358.440. Cooperation with TJJD Investigation

(a) All persons must fully cooperate with any investigation of an allegation of abuse, neglect, or exploitation or the death of a juvenile. (b) A diligent effort must be made to identify and make available for questioning all persons with knowledge of an allegation of abuse, neglect, or exploitation or the death of a juvenile that is the subject of a TJJD investigation.
