Departments, programs, and facilities must have written policies and procedures that require, in accordance with this chapter:
(1) reporting allegations of abuse, neglect, or exploitation or the death of a juvenile to local law enforcement, TJJD, and other appropriate governmental units; and (2) reporting serious incidents to TJJD.
