SECTION 349.305. Commission Initiated Disciplinary Action

The Commission may initiate disciplinary action when:
(1) the Commission discovers through a monitoring visit, compliance audit or as a result of receiving notice in any other manner that an individual currently certified by the Commission does not meet the requirements under §344.810 of this title; (2) the Commission confirms that a Certified Officer has committed a Code of Ethics violation; or (3) the Commission confirms that abuse, neglect or exploitation has occurred in a juvenile justice department, program or facility.
