(a) If a resident is deemed unfit to participate in the physical training program due to medical reasons, the facility must document that a physician has determined the resident is fit to resume program activities before the resident is permitted to return to the program. (b) The facility shall maintain a log of residents who are deemed unfit to participate in the physical training program due to medical reasons. The log shall show: (1) resident's name and date of birth; (2) date the resident was deemed unfit to participate; and (3) date the resident resumed participation, if applicable.
