SECTION 343.352. Visitation

(a) Residents have the right to receive visitors and to communicate subject only to the limitations authorized in §343.354 of this title. (b) Residents shall be allowed visitation by a parent, legal guardian, or custodian at least once every seven calendar days for at least thirty minutes or the equivalent over multiple visits. (c) The parent, legal guardian, or custodian of the resident shall be notified of the visitation schedule. (d) A registry of all visitors shall be maintained. The registry shall document: (1) each visitor's name and relationship to the resident; and (2) the date and time of each visit.
