SECTION 29.30. Final Decisions and Orders

Latest version.

(a) All final decisions and orders shall be in writing and shall be signed by the chair of the Commission.
(b) The Commission's final decision may adopt the judge's findings and conclusions of law, setting out costs, fees, expenses, and reasonable and necessary attorneys' fees incurred by the department in bringing the proceeding.
