SECTION 29.26. Subpoena

The issuance of subpoenas for witnesses and production of books, records, paper and objects that may be necessary in a proceeding shall be governed by APT, Texas Government Code §2001.089 and §2001.103. The judge shall issue a subpoena upon the written application of any party showing good cause and the deposit of the sums estimated to accrue as provided under APT with SOAH. A party requesting a subpoena shall serve a copy of the application on all other parties. An application for subpoena shall be received by SOAH at least ten days prior to the scheduled hearing.
