(a) Time to collect. The supervising agency shall obtain the sample from an individual at or near the time the agency accepts supervision of that individual. (b) Use of force. A supervising agency employee may use force against an individual required to provide a sample under this subchapter when and to the degree the employee reasonably believes the force is immediately necessary to collect the sample.
