SECTION 27.76. Access to a National Protective Order File

If the Federal Bureau of Investigation implements a protective order file with the National Crime Information Center, entries, modifications, deletions, and inquiries into the Texas Protective Order File will be forwarded by the department for processing in the national file, to the extent allowed by state and federal law, rule, and policy.
