SECTION 221.28. Advanced Instructor Proficiency

(a) To qualify for an advanced instructor proficiency certificate, an applicant must meet all proficiency requirements including: (1) holding a TCOLE Instructor license/certificate for at least three years; and (2) successful completion of the commission's advanced instructor course. (b) The effective date of this section is February 1, 2014.
