(a) A final decision or order shall be in writing and delivered to the releasee or attorney as required by §148.53 of this title (relating to Final Board Disposition). (b) The releasee or attorney shall be notified in writing and provided with a copy of the report of the Hearing Officer and notice of the right to submit a petition to reopen the hearing.
