SECTION 67.99. Emergency Order

If the Board or its designee finds that an imminent peril to the public health, safety, or welfare, including such peril to a plan or program administered by the Board, requires immediate effect of a final decision or Order in a Proceeding, the Board or its designee shall recite that finding in the decision or Order, and the decision or Order shall be final and appealable from the date rendered and no motion for rehearing shall be required as a prerequisite for appeal.
