SECTION 47.2. Submission of Orders

A person who wishes to have TRS review a domestic relations order to determine whether it is a QDRO for the purpose of receiving TRS benefits or payments shall submit a copy of a signed domestic relations order to TRS. The copy shall be certified by the clerk of the court that entered the order. TRS shall not make a determination for orders not yet entered by the court.
