(a) Grant recipients must submit to a program staff member designated by the director periodic reports for each funded grant project for the duration of the grant agreement. The frequency, format and requirements of the reports shall be determined at the discretion of the director at the direction of the council. (b) At the director's sole discretion and at any time, the director, upon reasonable notice, may request any additional data and reporting information that the director deems necessary to substantiate that grant funds are being used for the intended purpose and that the grant recipient has complied with the terms, conditions, and requirements of the grant agreement.
