SECTION 69.405. Permit Renewal

(a) A person possessing a permit issued under this subchapter may renew that permit by submitting a completed permit renewal form to the department, accompanied by a permit renewal fee specified in §53.15 of this title (relating to Miscellaneous Fisheries and Wildlife Licenses and Permits. A permit renewal shall be valid for one year. (b) The department may refuse to renew any permit upon: (1) a determination that management of the species is adversely affected by such permit issuance; or (2) a violation of any provision of this subchapter.
